Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Please note that processing times may be longer during new collection launches, holidays, sales, or high-volume order periods.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3-7 business days

  • International: Delivery times vary by location

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Plan by Nia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Plan by Nia is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. However, we will always do our best to help you resolve any shipping concerns.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.

Digital Products

All digital product purchases are delivered electronically and are not shipped physically.
